Online Bill Pay Instructions – NaturePest

As you may have noticed by now we have switched system to an online system and the screens look different. Some customers are having trouble paying their bills online and some that were switched over from the old system did not get configured correctly.

We have set up this simple instruction page to help you navigate the changes. If you have followed these steps and cannot pay your bill please contact us so we can reconfigure your account.

When we email you your invoice the incoming email is from your local NaturePest Franchise “One Property Service LLC, DBA NaturePest of Doral”

 

Click open the email, some browsers may not down load pictures you need to enable the picture download to see the invoice.

Below is how your invoice summary page should look. To view your invoice click the BLUE View Invoice Now button bellow.

You should see a page with the invoice visible. You have three buttons on the right the BLUE View Invoice Now button, A print button and save as pdf button. if you are satisfied with your invoice you can press the pay now button to transferred to a secure site where you can pay your invoice online.

NOTICE: For some customers this option was not enable, if you cannot pay or says option is not enabled please contact your local franchise service operator so they can reconfigure your account.

If you get a screen lik the one below that tells you “we do not accept online payments right now please pay another way” this means the online bill pay for your account has not been properly configured, please contact immediately so we can enable this feature on your account.

Once you have clicked pay now your payment screen should look the one bellow.

Enter your payment information to complete your payment.
