Job Description: Pest Control Route Manager
Looking for candidates that are energetic, great communications skills and team oriented.
The position that is currently available it’s a non-smoking environment. The sales and services of environmental services. It’s important to give professional assessment consultation verbally and written to customers in a professional manner.
Characteristics:
- Must have excellent customer service communication skills
- To be able to call, consult, and close new business.
- Be able to build and maintain a market image of quality care of work
- Be able to perform the work given and complete the job successfully.
- Has the ability to prioritize and plans work activities in a timely and professional manner.
- Be a team player, able to listen to others ideas and inputs, keeps emotions under control, and contributes to build a positive team spirit.
- Be proactive assist in solving problems with customers when needed.
- Must be able to cold call.
- Must be able to sell door to door.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 50 hour per week.
Requirements:
- No experience necessary (will train)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record and a good credit record
- Must provide your own a reliable service vehicle
- Must have required auto liability insurance
- Drug and Background checks
- English speak and written fluently/ Spanish a plus
- Internet access and computer literate
- Math skills (a must)
Physical Requirements:
- Be able to carry/lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis
- The ability to pull and push heavy equipment and materials.
- Be able to walk five miles a day or more.
- Be able to climb and crawl in order to perform and complete certain jobs.
- Is required to have a full range of body movements such as, the use of the hands, handle and feel objects.
- Be able to work in various positions such as, bending, reaching and crouching but not limited to, walking, stopping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extending periods of time.
- Must have of all five senses, sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste. It’s also required good vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Compensation
- 20% Commissions on sales
- 20% Commissions on Services
- 50% Profit Sharing

If your application is selected for consideration you will have the opportunity attend an orientation and question and answer secession. If you are selected you will be offered a position and trained for 40 hours. All hired applicants are required to take online pest control training program and complete it within 6 months of hire along with self study and annual continuation education units.
